Come celebrate  in our 90 year old restored barn!  Both the main floor and loft  seat 150 with chairs or 90-100 at 8 ft banquet tables . The high, original vaulted ceiling in the loft has gorgeous lighting and a new/old floor for ceremony or dancing. There's a dance-lit patio off the end of the barn that seats 50 banquet style.  The two adjoining well-manicured and picturesque yards are great gathering areas for hundreds and, of course, that means plenty of room for a tent.  There are multiple, creative ways to use this property for your event and endearing photo ops.

There is  individual sound on both barn floors plus portable equipment and a hand held mic. Also included in the rental fee are chairs/ tables for 200, gazebo, moveable bar, antiques (zinc tubs, old barrels, etc) , optional rustic decor,  ample parking and adjacent indoor handicap -friendly bathrooms.

Your access is 7 am to midnight and music can continue until 11 pm. Or maybe you want to opt to expand and include  rehearsal dinner the night before and finish cleanup the next morning. Bring your own beer, wine, champagne,  signature drink .  No sales of alcohol/No underage drinking.

There are no catering restrictions. Did you notice our outdoor, commercial, wood-fired oven? Gourmet pizzas  bake in two minutes. Many pizza ingredients come from our own organically-raised veggies.

 We have additional rustic items for rent and offer hayrides and gabion firepit-tending  for your guests at a nominal charge. The commercial kitchen will be finished by spring 2018. Smoking is permitted  only in the outdoor, designated area next to the barn.

A signed rental agreement and fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit of the rental fee is due at the time of booking which reserves your date. A refundable damage deposit and a copy of event insurance are due one month (30 days) before the event.
