Celebrate in style with your closest friends and family.  The 90 year old restored barn's main floor is rustic and lovely as is, but can be dressed up or down. The original, vaulted loft ceiling is complimented by  beautiful windows and lighting. The seasoned maple floor is ideal for dancing shoes. The barn has an ground level patio complete with outdoor string lighting. Many amenities are included. See the calendar to check availability.

Event Space details:

The barn has 1380 usuable  sq. ft on each level.  The Loft and Main floor each seat 150 comfortably or 90-100 at 8-ft banquet tables. The patio seats an additional  48 banquet style.  The grounds can accommodate a tent for up to 350 plus guests. There are many options for outdoor ceremonies and activities.   We have given attention to unique photography options for incredible memory-making.

Sound sytems on both levels plus portable sound / hand-held mic.

Movable bar, blackboard space, vintage antiques, cake & guestbook tables, galvanized ice vessels....

Catering options:

Satisfy your guests with rustic, handcrafted pizzas from our outdoor, commercial wood-fired oven (it takes us 2 mins to bake each pizza!) Many ingredients come from our garden.  We offer both savory and dessert pizzas. Call for pizza prices for a group event. We also offer fresh salad grown right from our farm. 

We have a  brand new commercial kitchen and our Celebration Catering chef, Caryl, will gladly offer menu options.

You are also welcome to secure the caterer of your choice. 

Additional items available for rent include:

120 vintage mismatched plates, 150 Blue/speckled enamelware plates, silverware, glassware, vases, wood slice rounds....

Alcohol & Tobacco Policy

You are welcome to bring your own wine and beer  products, and one signature drink.  Otherwise, no hard liquor. No sale of alcohol is permitted.  No drinking under age is allowed - must be age 21; Standard SD law applies.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area next to the barn.

Rental Agreement:

A signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee due at time of booking will reserve your date. A refundable damage deposit and copy of event insurance are due one month (30 days) before the event.  Access is available 7 am to midnight with music to end  by 11 PM.  Adding an additional day before the wedding for setup/ rehearsal and Sunday AM  is also available and a popular option. We are flexible and will treat you right
